My Favorite Blogs

It has been a super busy week already, and I didn't have time to plan out a substantive blog today! Please forgive me!

In the meantime, I wanted to share my favorite blogs with you!  I get a lot of my beauty and style inspiration via blogs, vlogs, and just on the street during every day life.   Here is a list of websites I check on a daily basis:

*Favorite Commercial Blog: Refinery 29.
This blog/website/mishmosh of everything can lead to HOURS of reading on anything from the latest runway makeup to the hottest new shoes for the season to the best ab workouts.  If you don't check this every day, you're missing out.  Not all of it is stellar content, and not all of it do I actually agree with.. but it's hands down one of my favorite sites to surf in my free time.

*Favorite Beauty Blog: Jaclyn Hill Makeup.
She doesn't post all the time, and she doesn't update as frequently as I would love for her to, but this is one of the best beauty blogs I've come across.  Her makeup tutorials are absolutely wonderful -- she's so thorough and step-by-step if you're newer to the makeup world -- and her personality is to die for.  If I could meet one beauty blogger in person, it would be Jaclyn Hill.

*Favorite Fashion Blog: Clothes Encounters.
Jen Im has the easiest, most effortless cool-girl-chic-without-trying styles on YouTube.  Some of the outfits and clothing she blogs about can be a little crazy and outlandish for every day wear, especially for my profession and taste.  But when she is on point, she is on point.  I check her channel as soon as she uploads a new video, no matter how busy I am.

*Favorite Nail Polish Blog:  The PolishAholic.
The Polish Aholic is a blog I have been frequenting for years.  She has literally swatched and reviewed almost every nail polish under the sun, and I trust her reviews more than any other polish blog on the web.  You can find a bunch of cute nail art tutorials sprinkled throughout her reviews, and you will definitely discover new brands of polish you've never even heard of before.
