My Day in a Post

So to say that I had a busy day yesterday/today would probably be an understatement.  I would say I don't have an excuse for not blogging.. but I do.  Blame it on law school!

I woke up at 4PM today. Yes. 4PM.

And that's because I didn't go to sleep last "night" til 7:30AM.  I wish I had time to post something substantial today, but I promise that I will blog at least once tomorrow :]

I've been back home in the suburbs for the Easter weekend!  So here are just some fun things I did today in the short amount of hours I was actually awake for:

I Instagrammed this earlier so I thought I'd flesh it out here!

The "essentials" that I bring home with me for short trips!

I played around with some face contouring!  I'm doing a tutorial on this tomorrow, so I thought I would mess around with my favorite and some different techniques to figure out the best contour/highlight tutorial :]

I wore shorts!  It was about 60 degrees in the suburbs today so I could actually dress as if it were really spring right now.

I baked some brie en croute with honey and butter-toasted pecans!  I have to get better at photographing step-by-step instructions when I cook so I can start to food-blog more often.

I colored Easter eggs with my parents!  This is the way I color Easter eggs -- is anyone surprised by this?  Anyone?

So tomorrow look out for some fun blog posts!  I'm so sorry for the lack of anything interesting on here the past few days.  It'll change tomorrow :]
